PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the alignment time and to easily align respective optical components at low cost with high precision by providing transparent tubes where respective constitution elements are fitted, engaged with one another, and slid. SOLUTION: An input fiber 1 is fixed to an end surface of a tube 51, a collimator lens 2 is fixed to an end surface of a tube 52, and a diffraction grating 3 is fixed to an end surface of a tube 53. Both the side parts of the tube 52 are sheathed with the tubes 51 and 53 respectively and the external diameter of the tube 52 and the internal diameters of the tubes 51 and 53 are so determined that they can mutually move along the optical axis and slide rotatably on the optical axis. While observed from outside through an optical microscope or CCD camera, the distance 201 between the end surface of the tube 52 and the end surface of the tube 51 and the distance 202 between the end surface of the tube 52 and the end surface of the tube 53 are set by passive alignment by mutually sliding the tubes. |
