CONSTITUTION: In the crops preservation method using the air bag which includes an air bag sheet and an air bag roll, the crops preservation method is characterized by connecting an entrance side in an air bag roll to a blow exhaust port(5a) of a blower(5) to supply air into the air bag so that the air bag roll is rolled forwardly by air supplied from the blower through between crops to be unwound and the unwound air bag is expanded by air pressure to support crops between crops.
