PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a mixing faucet apparatus by providing a temperature control handle on one side of a main body, and a switching handle for switching between opening/closing and supply of mixture of water and hot water to a spout or a shower hose, on the other side of the main body. SOLUTION: A temperature control module 30 and a control valve module 62 are installed in a main body 12 of a mixing faucet apparatus. A temperature control handle 18 connected to the temperature control module 30 is arranged on one side of the main body 12, and a switching handle 20 connected to the control valve module 62 is arranged on the other side of the main body 12. When preloadings of a temperature sensitive coil spring and a bias coil spring are increased/decreased by rotating the temperature control handle 18, mixture of water and hot water is set to a desired temperature, which is then supplied to the control valve module 62. Further, when the switching handle 20 is rotated, the mixture of water and hot water is supplied via an outlet 58 to a spout 22. On the other hand, when the switching handle 20 is rotated in the other direction, the mixture of water and hot water is supplied via an outlet 138 to a shower hose 24. Thus, the structure of the mixing faucet apparatus can be simplified. |
