PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the entire system stably operate by efficiently notifying distribution results and suppressing a temporary increase in the loads of traffic and a server CPU. SOLUTION: This relay server which performs relay in the case of notifying a distribution source server of distribution results information about distribution resources distributed to the server of a lower distribution destination or a terminal device from the distribution source server, has a means (#23) which designates the notification route of the distribution results information and receives route information including a relay server involved and a transmitting means (#27) which transmits the distribution result information received from the lower distribution destination on the basis of the route information to a server defined on the basis of the route information.
