<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm issuing notification device which can notify an operator of the extent of the temporal margin up to secondary alarming without operator's operation so that proper countermeasure operations can be taken between primary alarming and the secondary alarming to stop a plant, etc. SOLUTION: The alarm issuing notification device which gives notice of a primary alarm generated when a process value of the plant or a device exceeds a 1st threshold to indicate the need for the countermeasure operation, and a secondary alarm generated when the process value exceeds a 2nd threshold indicating abnormality with a level above the 1st threshold to indicate the stop of the plant or device has a notification means which changes the color of the display of the primary alarm according to the extent of the temporal margin up to the secondary alarm. Thus the misjudgment and misoperation that the operator possibly perform are reduced, and the operator is enabled to take an adequate countermeasure operation.</p> |
