<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer apparatus for an electronic component, which is low cost and capable of highly accurate control of the hole position of a transfer medium, without being affected by transmission error or by working accuracy. SOLUTION: This transfer apparatus comprises a turntable 1, having a plurality of holding holes 2, each of which accommodates an electronic component C, a servomotor 5 that drives rotation of the turntable 1, a position detector 8 that detects rotary position of the servomotor 5, a hole-position detector 4 that detects the position of a holding hole 2 of the turntable 1, a correction- value calculating means 11 that compares the data of the position detector 8 with the data of a designed ideal hole position, with the timing, when the hole-position detector 4 detects the holding hole 2, and calculates the position error of the actual holding hole 2 as a correction value, a storage means 13 that stores the correction values for all the holding holes 2, and a control means 12 that controls the position of the servomotor 5, based on the correction values stored in the storing means 13.</p> |
