PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a pouring hole to be opened or closed by turning a cap, prevent stains at a finger tip from being adhered to a pouring cylinder and keep the pouring cylinder in a sanitary state. SOLUTION: A second longitudinal ridge 21 of either concave or convex shape which is longitudinally arranged at an inner surface of a lower segment of a cap circumferential wall 19 is engaged with a first longitudinal ridge 13 of either concave or convex shape which is longitudinally arranged at an outer surface of a fixing cylinder 11 of a pouring member 10 in such a way that the cap circumferential wall 19 can be pulled off from the fixing cylinder 11. A cap 17 is turned in a counter-clockwise direction to cause the pouring member 10 to be threadably lifted up. The upper segment of a rod-like plug 9 is pulled out of a pouring hole 16 to cause the pouring hole 16 to be opened, the pouring member 10 is threadably moved down, the upper segment of the rod-like plug 9 is fitted in water-tight manner to the pouring hole 16, resulting in that the pouring hole 16 can be opened or closed without applying any finger tip touch at the pouring cylinder 15. |
