The invention concerns calcium phosphate clinker, comprising at least 10 wt. % of tetracalcium phosphate (C4P), at least 5 wt. % of hydroxyapatite (HAp) and between 0.5 and 5 wt. % of free lime (C), and preferably also tricalcium phosphate (C3P) or a C3P-C2S solid solution, in an amount not more than 25 wt. %. The invention also concerns a method for making such a clinker, a cement composition comprising such a ground clinker and a reinforced material as well as a method for making such reinforced material by hydrating such a composition.
