PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reversible circuit element, having high reliability and excellent characteristics because mutual metal members constituting a metal case can be put to resistance welding stably and surely, a communication device using it, and to provide a manufacturing method for the non-reversible circuit element. SOLUTION: Projecting sections 21 are formed at two places to each sidewall 2b of the upper-side metal case 2, and the upper-side metal case 2 is jointed with both sidewalls 8b of the lower-side metallic case 8 by resistance welding by the projecting sections 21 of both sidewalls 2b of the upper-side metal case 2.
