METHOD FOR SEPARATING AND DETECTING AT LEAST ONE ANALYTE IN BIOLOGICAL MATRICES
摘要
Disclosed is a method for separating at least one analyte on a complex, preferably biological matrix. According to said method, a first oscillating surface is used on which carrier particles (16) comprising at least one bonding point for the analyte (17) are immobilized. The matrix is brought into contact with the first surface such that an analyte (17) which is possibly contained in the matrix bonds to the carrier particles (16). Unspecifically bound components of the matrix are removed, preferably washed or rinsed off, from the first surface. The first surface is made to oscillate and the oscillation amplitude thereof is increased until the carrier particles (16) detach from the surface. The carrier particles (16) comprising an analyte (17) that is possibly bonded thereto are received in a support medium (21).
