PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create a profile about a team from a bulletin board where work is done by the team by making it possible to create the profile from data registered in the bulletin board. SOLUTION: From a group of documents posted on the bulletin board operated on a network, a thread extracting part 102 extracts data of the same threads where most responses come from the same sources. A document keyword extracting part 106 extracts keywords on the basis of the group of documents in the thread after extraction. On the basis of posting information, a key person extracting part 107 provides scores to posters to the thread after extraction, and outputs the scores.
