PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system allowing efficient operation support of a computer from a remote place. SOLUTION: This support system has: a user computer 1 connected to a network 3, operable as a remote desktop server, and receiving the operation support; and a support computer 2 connected to the network 3, operable as a remote desktop client, and performing the operation support of the user computer 1. A digital image signal based on display image data of the support computer 2 and the user computer 1 in time of the operation support is converted into an analog video signal by a scan converter 4, and is taken in a image recording computer 5. The image recording computer 5 performs encoding to a moving image data by use of existing video capture software.
