The invention relates to an analysis system and a method for analysis of a liquid sample on an analytical test element (6). The analysis system comprises an evaluation appliance for evaluation of electrical signals, a test element holder (23) for holding and positioning of an analytical test element (6) in a measureme nt position, and at least one electrical contact element (4), which is used to make electrical contact with at least one electrical contact surface (16) of an analytical test element (6), and in order to produce an electrical connection to the evaluation appliance. In this case, the at least one contact element (4) is arranged su ch that it can move relative to the test element holder (23). Furthermore, the analysis system has a means (24) for movement of the electrical contact element to the electrical contact surface (16) of an analytical test element (6) which is positioned i n the measurement position in the test element holder (23). |
