PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with a simple structure capable of being properly actuated in response to an acceleration operation, without a lack of torque sensitive torque in an area where driving torque is large and excessive torque of each wheel is large. SOLUTION: In a driving force distribution control unit 30, an input torque sensitive transfer torque corresponding to an input torque from an engine is calculated by a first transfer torque calculation part 33, and a steering angle/yaw rate sensitive transfer torque corresponding to a yaw moment added to a vehicle is calculated by a second transfer torque calculation part 34, so as to calculate a tack-in prevention transfer torque by a third transfer torque calculation part 35. At that time, the input torque sensitive transfer torque is estimated using separate time constants to increase or decrease of the engine torque. Also, in an area where the input torque is large, a second input torque sensitive transfer torque is added to increase a change volume.
