PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock-resistant structure of a helicopter suitable for the reaction distribution under a floor at a clash allowing obtaining of sufficient reducing effect of floor surface acceleration by effectively crushing and absorbing shock, attaining of load transmission capacity at the time of a normal operation required for an underfloor structure of the helicopter by securing structure continuity between crossing underfloor beams and improving of a degree of freedom in arrangement. SOLUTION: Shock absorbing bodies 38a and 38b made of fiber reinforced composite materials are provided in an intersection part 37 of the first underfloor beam 35 and the second underfloor beam 36 to connect the first underfloor beam 35 and the second underfloor beam 36 in structurally continuous states. In each of the shock absorbing bodies 38a and 38b, load easy to concentrate on the intersection part 37 is efficiently applied to cylindrical parts 60 and 61 by arranging the cylindrical parts 60 and 61 close to a center part m of the intersection part 37, to attain shock absorbing performance by more sure crushing.
