PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the arrangement of wiring at a hinge section to be optimized. SOLUTION: This console box structure is equipped with a fixed side attaching section 31 for which the wiring 15 in the hinge section 8 is fixed to a fixed side hinge section 17, a movable side attaching section 32 for which the wiring 15 in the hinge section 8 is fixed to a movable side hinge section 18, and an arranging section 33 is arranged in a space 20 located between both attaching sections and has an annular shape. At the same time, the arranging section 33 is equipped with a reciprocating excessive section 44. In this case, the reciprocating excessive section 44 has a fixed side extension 41 which extends from the fixed side attaching section 31 in the lid opening direction, a folding back section 42, and a movable side extension 43 which extends from the folding back section 42 to the movable side attaching section 32 in the lid closing direction.
