PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming and clipping device in which a plurality of kinds of ink and coating agent can be used. SOLUTION: The image forming and clipping device comprises a first head arranged movably above a sheet in a predetermined direction and equipped with a cutter for clipping the sheet based on a desired image, a second head arranged movably in a predetermined direction and forming a desired image on the sheet, a third head arranged movably in a predetermined direction and forming a desired image on the sheet, a first coupling means for coupling the first and second heads separably, a second coupling means for coupling the first and third heads separably, a first stopping means for stopping the second head removably to one side of the fixed system part of the image forming and clipping device, a second stopping means for stopping the third head removably to the other side of the fixed system part of the image forming and clipping device, and a means for controlling movement of the first, second and third heads in a predetermined direction.
