<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic composition for obtaining a piezoelectric actuator element which has a large piezoelectric strain constant d<SB>33</SB>and a high Curie temperature, and in which lowering of the piezoelectric strain constant d<SB>33</SB>before and after reflow heating is small; to provide a piezoelectric ceramic, and to provide a circuit module mounting the piezoelectric actuator element thereon. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric ceramic composition comprises a multiple oxide having a perovskite type structure, in which at least three kinds of multiple oxides selected from Sr(Zr,Ti)O<SB>3</SB>, Ba(Zr,Ti)O<SB>3</SB>, Pb(Ni<SB>1/2</SB>Te<SB>1/2</SB>)O<SB>3</SB>, and Pb<SB>1/2</SB>NbO<SB>3</SB>are dissolved in main components of Pb(Zr,Ti)O<SB>3</SB>and Pb(Yb<SB>1/2</SB>M<SB>1/2</SB>)O<SB>3</SB>(wherein, M is at least one kind of Nb and Sb) to form a solid solution. Thereby, the piezoelectric ceramic and the piezoelectric actuator element each having a large piezoelectric strain constant d<SB>33</SB>, a high Curie temperature, and excellent reflow heat resistance, and the circuit module can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
