A device and a method for measuring the displacement of a robot are provided to select one image sensor module according to the moving speed of a robot by forming a plurality of image sensor modules having a different image ratio applied to the robot. A device for measuring the displacement of a robot comprise a plurality of image sensor modules(110, 120), and a displacement measuring module(130). The image sensor modules are installed at the robot to image the bottom surface of moving path moving the robot in a different ratio. The displacement measuring module measures the displacement of the robot with the image change of the bottom surface imaged by selected one image sensor module to select one image sensor module among the plurality of image sensor modules according to the moving speed of the robot.
