A structure of a working electrode for a bio sensor provided to minimize a measuring error and to improve measuring creditability by preventing a length error of the reaction part of the working electrode from being generated when a reagent is fixed to test. In a structure of a working electrode for a bio sensor for reducing a measuring error(10), one end portion of the electrode(12), including a reaction part(12a) and a boundary unit of an outer regular section is formed with front and rear sides and a middle side with different longitudinal electrode width. The electrode width of the front and rear sides including the boundary unit is contracted relatively than the electrode width of the middle side.
