An apparatus for electric discharge of a high voltage is provided to maximize generation efficiency of ozone by preventing a sagging effect of an internal electrode and increasing a discharging area. A high-voltage discharge apparatus includes a discharge tube(120), a discharge tube supporter for supporting both sides of the discharge tube, an internal electrode(110) formed in a longitudinal direction of the inside of the discharge tube, and an external electrode(130) coated on or wrapped around the outside of the discharge tube. The internal electrode is a spiral structure having tensile force. Hangers(111) are formed at both ends of the internal electrode. The hangers are coupled with hanger rings(115) which are formed at protrusions of the discharge tube supporter.
