The positioning member comprises a first portion ( 120 ) comprising a recessed portion ( 122 ) and at least one receiving hole ( 128 ). The sliding element slidably received in the recessed portion, the sliding element comprising a first engaging portion ( 142 ). The positioning element comprises a second engaging portion ( 182 ) and a positioning portion ( 186 ) connected to the second engaging portion. The second engaging portion extends through the receiving hole and is engaged with the first engaging portion.
