PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the circulation of developer in the width direction of a developing chamber excellent without decreasing the supply amount of the developer to a developing roller nor making loud noise by simple constitution by making developer carrying performance higher at a center part in the longitudinal direction of an aperture part than at both ends in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: Toner carrying ability from a toner storing chamber 52 to the developing chamber 57 is made higher at the center part than at both ends in the longitudinal direction. In the chamber 57, the toner is supplied to the center part in the width direction of the chamber 57 by a 2nd agitator 91, and the toner is supplied all over the area in the width direction of the chamber 57 by a 1st agitator 90 soon after that, whereby the push-in pressure of the toner into the chamber 57 is higher only at the center part in the width direction of the chamber 57. When the push-in pressure of the polymerized toner gets higher at the center part, the polymerized toner pushed inside the chamber 57 passes both end part sides of the chamber 57 and is restored to the chamber 52 from the aperture A. |
