PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet affixing device which is capable of connecting a plurality of rolled web laminates to one another and delivering them in an endless manner and delivering the rolled web constantly from a predetermined position. SOLUTION: The sheet affixing device 10 comprises a feed means 11 for feeding a rolled web R with a label L temporarily attached to a strip-like peelable sheet RL, and an affixing means 12 for affixing the label L to a workpiece W. The feed means 11 includes a supporting means 15 for supporting folded rolled web laminates U via a packing case 25, and a transfer means 16 for setting the supporting means 15 to a feeding position P. The terminating end of the rolled web laminate U which is set to the feeding position P and precedingly used, and the starting end of the rolled web laminate U succeedingly used are connected to each other via an adhesive tape T to allow the rolled web R to be delivered in an endless manner.
