PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of arranging a member having sufficient rigidity for suppressing deformation of a cab at falling down of a vehicle on a roof part of the cab without affecting the amenity of an operator and restriction of ground height at conveying of the vehicle. SOLUTION: In the construction machine, a cab structure article 12 is arranged on a base frame 7 and a boom 18 is turnably arranged on the base frame 7 while approaching to a side of the cab structure article 12.
