PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle side part structure suppressing deformation of a vehicle body to an inner side of a cabin when load is inputted. SOLUTION: The vehicle body side part structure 2 provided with a door impact beam 30 is provided with a door impact beam 30 having an inclination 30c on a side surface of an inner side of the cabin in a vehicle vertical direction; and a load transmission member 32 having an inclination 32a along an inclination 30c of the door impact beam 30 and arranged between the door impact beam 30 and the side sill 35 in the state that the inclination 32a is opposed to the inclination 30c of the door impact beam 30. A floor cross member 41 is arranged at a position where it is superposed on a load transmission member 32 in a vehicle longitudinal direction, and a position of the inclination 30c of the door impact beam 30 is preferably arranged on an extension line EL of the floor cross member 41 in the vehicle vertical direction.
