PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet made of an ionomer resin which is prevented from warping and being peeled off from a resin layer formed in the middle. SOLUTION: The first ionomer resin layer, an unstretched amorphous polyethylene terephthalate resin layer containing an inorganic filler, a pattern layer, the second ionomer resin layer, and the third ionomer resin layer are formed at least in this order on a backer layer containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin containing an inorganic filler as a main component.
