PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding apparatus capable of ensuring the accuracy of a product by making an auxiliary molding part fall by only its own weight. SOLUTION: The molding apparatus is constituted of a combination of a main molding member 2 and the auxiliary molding part 3 having a protruded part capable of molding an undercut part. The auxiliary molding part is supported so as to be able to rise and fall in inwardly/outwardly-inclined directions with respect to the main molding member at an angle of an inclination capable of releasing the protruded part from the undercut part so as to be freely changed over to the molding position fallen on the side of the main molding member and the mold release position where the protruded part is raised from the main molding member so as to be laterally moved from the undercut part. The protruded part is raised with respect to the main molding member in a state of being locked with the undercut part and guided by the main molding member so as to be laterally separated from the undercut part to be the mold release position, and after the protruded part is separated from the undercut part, it falls to the main molding member by only its own weight to return to the molding position.
