PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of irregular patterns on the surface of a mold, which allows large reduction in time required for forming anti-corrosion film, in its turn, time required for forming the irregular patterns. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the processing method of fine irregular patterns consisting of protruded and recessed parts on the surface of a mold, wherein the anti-corrosion film 34 is formed on the parts where the protruded parts of the irregular patterns is to be formed for the surface (inner bottom face 27 of a molded recessed part 22 in a movable mold 21) of the mold, exposed parts not coated with the anti-corrosion film 34 for the surface (inner bottom face 27) are corroded and removed by etching, and the anti-corrosion film 34 is dissolved and removed by washing. The anti-corrosion film 34 is formed by spraying a solvent 61 for forming the anti-corrosion film from nozzles 48 of an ink head 47 for ink-jetting, and attaching the solvent 61 to the parts where the protruded parts of the irregular patterns is to be formed for the surface (inner bottom face 27).
