A combustion apparatus of water-gas and emulsion-oil vapor is provided to improve electrolysis efficiency, with electrolysis plates of the electrolytic cell formed like a cylinder. A combustion apparatus of water-gas and emulsion-oil vapor comprises a water gas electrolytic cell(110) electrolyzing electrolyte, thus producing the water gas; a water gas supply part(100) in which the storage tank(210) storing the water gas generated in the electrolytic cell is formed; emulsion oil feed port(200) supplying the emulsion oil; water gas supplied from the storage tank; a combustion nozzle(300) which mixes emulsion oil supplied from the emulsion oil feed port, and then burning it; an electrolyte tank in which the electrolytic cell electrolyte is housed(111); multiple cylindrical electrolysis plate(112) arranged on the same center axis, having respective discrete diameter, installed inside the electrolyte tank; a fixing plate(113) fixing the upper and lower end of the cylindrical electrolysis plate; and a hollow fixed pipe(114) penetrating the center of the electrolyte tank and the fixing plate.
