#CMT# #/CMT# The ball screw drive has a spindle with a spindle nut (2) and balls guided between spindle and the spindle nut. The balls are redirected at both sides of the spindle nut in a ball bearing routing part (3) from an operating channel into a return channel (4) placed in the spindle nut. The routing parts are in circular ring shape and consist of two identical annulus sectors (5,6). The adjacent annulus sectors collides in deflecting heads (7,8) in a separation plane (9) tangential to the spindle and are held together by stud blind hole connection (10). #CMT# : #/CMT# Each annulus sector carries a part of the deflecting heads separated in a plane tangential to the spindle protruding axially in the direction of the return channel. The recirculating ball channels begin in the operating channel and ends immediately in the return channel in the deflecting heads. The ball channels are guided partly in the separation planes turned towards the annulus sectors. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Ball screw drive. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The balls are redirected at both sides of the spindle nut in a ball bearing routing part from an operating channel into a return channel placed in the spindle nut. The routing parts are in circular ring shape and consist of two identical annulus sectors. The adjacent annulus sectors collides in the deflecting heads in the separation plane tangential to the spindle and are held together by stud blind hole connection, and thus increases the ratio of the feed rate of the link body to the revolution of the spindle nut and enables use of a simple, economical and simply mounted piece of ball screw drive. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows an exploded view of a ball bearing routing part with the spindle nut. 2 : Spindle nut 3 : Ball bearing routing part 4 : Return channel 5,6 : Sectors 7,8 : Deflecting heads 9 : Separation plane 10 : Stud blind hole connection.
|
