PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a relay wireless system, it is difficult to set an optimal relay route. SOLUTION: A storage means is included which pairs and stores at least one radio terminal A, other than a present station, and a reception level (a) of a radio wave transmitted by the radio terminal A and in the case where a relay request radio wave addressed to the radio terminal A stored in the storage means is received, if a reception level (x) of the relay request radio wave matches the reception level (a) stored in the storage means within a predetermined range, the relay radio wave is relayed and transmitted to the radio terminal A.
