PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin a stator, and at the same time, to stabilize a center of a line of magnetic force on a coil side, to make the noise and oscillations low, to wind the winding of a coil at a high speed, moreover in a finely arranged state, even if the stator is thinned, and to improve the productivity. SOLUTION: The stator is provided with a stator core 10 which is a magnetic substance, having a circular part 10a which is formed circular with an axis L as the center; a plurality of teeth pole parts 10b whose base ends are fixed to the circular part and are formed to extend in the radial direction toward a permanent magnet at each prescribed angle, with the axis as the center and tip parts 10c formed at tips of a plurality of the teeth pole parts and confronted with a peripheral face of the permanent magnet, with a coil wound to the periphery of the teeth pole parts and regulating parts 12 which are arranged in the stator core, reinforce the strength of the teeth pole parts and regulate deformation.
