PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a wireless packet data transmission system wherein terminals connected to a wireless network can transmit data while evading mutual competition without using back-off time. SOLUTION: An access point creates transmission right information concerned with the transmission order of wirelessly connected terminals on the basis of a request for providing received transmission right by a transmission right information creation means and transmits the transmission right information to all terminals. Each terminal receives and stores the transmission right information in a transmission right information storage means 48, transmits packet data in the stored transmission order, and when the terminal to which the transmission right is provided does not transmit data, the terminal having succeeding transmission right transmits packet data to achieve the wireless packet data transmission system.
