PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the visibility of a sight line guiding mark by forming a reflector by use of a translucent synthetic resin containing a fluorescent dye, and emitting the light of a UV lamp to the reflector from the inside or outside of the reflector to excite the emission of the reflector. SOLUTION: A reflector 1 is formed of a translucent synthetic resin containing a fluorescent dye, the reverse side of the reflector 1 is prismatically worked, and it is fitted to the upper part of a frame 2 having strut function. A UV lamp 4 for emitting an ultraviolet ray to the fluorescent dye to promote its excited emission is arranged on the frame 2 located on the reverse side covered with the reflector 1, and a solar battery module 3 as the power source of the UV lamp 4 is fitted to the frame 2 together with the reflector 1. Since an automatic lighting device senses the ambient illuminance in a dim time where the visibility is reduced and lights the UV lamp 4 to excite the fluorescent dye by the ultraviolet ray of the UV lamp for fluorescence, the reflector 1 can be visually confirmed in a wide angle range. The contrast of the self- emitting reflector 1 with the ambient darkness is more increased in the night, and sufficient visibility can be provided.
