PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sharpness (or the reproducibility) of an image record by a method wherein the development of blocking and carrying trouble during a manufacturing process are checked. SOLUTION: In this dampening water-free lithographic original plate, a photothermic conversion layer and a silicone rubber layer are laminated in the order named on one side of a plastic film support, on the opposite side of which at least one antistatic layer, the surface on this side of which has a Beck smoothness of 50 to 500 s, is provided. Preferably, in the antistatic layer or in an overcoat layer on the antistatic layer, a matting agent having the average particle diameter of 0.5 to 20 μm is included. |
