The present invention relates to a transmission for a heavy construction equipment having an unlock device of a parking brake, with a motor carrier assembled on one side, and with a first sub-case and a second sub-case assembled on another side. The transmission comprises a case having a finishing plate on an outer side of the second sub-case, an input shaft, a sun gear, a retainer, a ring gear, a planetary gear, a carrier, an output shaft having an output shaft gear, an inner ring clutch pack for a second gear, an outer ring clutch pack for a first gear, a two-stage piston, a two-stage spring, an one-stage piston, an one-stage spring, an one-stage pressure port formed on the first sub-case, and a two-stage pressure port formed on the second sub-case, wherein the second sub-case is formed with a grease injection part to provide a hydraulic pressure to a front side of the two-stage piston to move the two-stage piston backwards. According to the present invention, the transmission has effects in easily towing the heavy construction equipment on emergency cases, by releasing the parking brake function of the heavy construction equipment, by retreating the two-stage piston of an inner ring clutch using a separate hydraulic pressure. |
