The present invention relates to a polyurethane film which is prepared by urethane bond of liquid polyol and cross-linkers, and to a swelling tape having the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the polyurethane film comprises: a substrate layer, which is prepared from a polyurethane film having a glass transition temperature of 140-220°C and is prepared by urethane bond of liquid polyol having the structural formula as a repeating unit and cross-linkers; and an adhesive layer, coated on a side of the substrate layer, and the swelling tape has the polyurethane film so prepared. |
