According to one aspect of the disclosure, a processor receives a sensor signal from a physiological sensor that characterizes a physiological property of the individual during the activity. The processor retrieves an incomplete physiological profile from memory that includes a characterization of the physiological property of the individual and one of an emotional state and an activity. The processor identifies a match between the sensor signal and the physiological profile by performing a comparison based on the sensor signal and the characterization of the physiological property. Further, the processor analyzes unsolicited media information about the individual retrieved from memory to determine a different one of the emotional state and the activity. The processor then stores in memory a complete physiological profile comprising both the emotional state and the activity.
