PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device capable of automatically preventing fluid in a pipe conduit from flowing out to outside, even in a case where a pressure receiving member does not receive inner pressure and separates from opening/closing equipment.SOLUTION: In a pipe conduit 1, opening/closing equipment 3 is provided through a valve 4. The opening/closing equipment 3 has a pressure receiving member 12 receiving inner pressure. The valve 4 opens/closes a flow passage between the pipe conduit 1 and the opening/closing equipment 3, has an oscillatable changeover lever 27 for changing over between opening and closing, and includes emergency changeover means 29 that when the pressure receiving member 12 cannot receive inner pressure to separate from the opening/closing equipment 3, interlocks with movement in separation of the pressure receiving member 12 and changes over the changeover lever 27 of the valve 4 to a closing direction A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
