According to the present invention, a one-time authentication code operating method is executed by a server communicating with a wireless user terminal including a program realizing a one-time authentication device based on wireless communication. When the validity of the wireless user terminal is authenticated by a communication company, the wireless terminal is subscribed to by using customer information of the user and wireless terminal information of the wireless user terminal checked through communicating with the program installed and executed thereon; the entire wireless terminal information used to authenticate the validity through the communication company and other designated information are combined and stored in a designated storage medium by checking unique information separately generated to be unique to authenticate the user wireless terminal executing the program as a one-time authentication device of the user based on wireless communication. When the program is executed on the wireless user terminal, the unique information is received from the program executed on the wireless user terminal. The program is executed by identifying and authenticating the unique information received through the storage medium to approve usage of the wireless user terminal transmitting the unique information as the one-time authentication device of the user based on wireless communication. An authentication code is received through the program of the wireless terminal, which is approved to be used as the one-time authentication device of the user based on wireless communication, to control the performance of an authentication procedure. |
