An embodiment of the present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device, which can uniformize luminance of pixels by compensating for a threshold voltage of a driving transistor. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises pixels connected to data lines. The pixel includes: an organic light emitting diode; a driving transistor connected to the organic light emitting diode and a first power voltage line; a first transistor connected to the data line and a gate electrode of the driving transistor; a second transistor for supplying a reference voltage of the data line to a source electrode of the driving transistor; and a capacitor connected to the gate electrode and the source electrode of the driving transistor.
