PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staircase structure of a unit building, which allows the platform of a staircase having sufficient structural strength to be easily formed at the internal corner of an upper floor building unit; a building unit for use in the staircase structure; and a unit building having the building unit.SOLUTION: The fore-end of a first frame member 5 fixed to the inside surface of a floor girder 3A on a long side and the fore-end of a second frame member 6 fixed to the inside surface of a floor girder 3B on a short side are joined to form a floor frame (platform frame kf) of a platform Kb at an internal corner (corner part C1) of an upper floor building unit Ua2. The inside surface of the floor girder 3A on a long side and the inside surface of the floor girder 3B on a short side are connected with a diagonal member. A reinforcement member 7 is connected to the inside surface of the second frame 6 and the side of the diagonal member (reinforcement diagonal member 8). |
