PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fraudulent removal of a board case when the board case is rotationally fixed to a fixing base via a hinge.SOLUTION: A board case 7B is rotationally mounted on a fixing base 90 via hinges 32 and 93. An exterior case 10 includes an opening formed for connecting a connector to a control board 110 from the outside of the exterior case 10, and a cover member 50 for covering the opening. The cover member 50 includes a movement prevention part 52 that, when being fixed to the exterior case 10, comes into contact or approaches the hinges 32 and 93 to prevent movement of the board case 7B in the direction of releasing the hinges without interrupting the rotational turning of the board case 7B about the hinges 32 and 93. |
