The present invention relates to a 4D reverse engineering method and system. The 4D reverse engineering method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first step of allowing a 3D scanning unit to perform 3D scanning with respect to a measurement object; a second step of allowing a nondestructive testing unit to perform nondestructive testing or perform scanning using digital radiography with respect to the measurement object to obtain information; and a third step of allowing a 4D reverse engineering unit to perform 4D reverse engineering using information obtained by performing the 3D scanning and using the information obtained by performing the nondestructive testing or the scanning using the digital radiography with respect to the measurement object.
