A communication terminal for receiving open-gas-stopcock reception data generated by a server, selecting on the basis of the received reception data, reading a 2D barcode, and comparing the 2D barcode data with target data stored in the storage device of the communication terminal, wherein: the server transmits a gas inspection item reflecting the target data to the communication terminal; the communication terminal receives the inspection item reflecting the target data, checks an inspection-result item generated in response to the inspection item, and transmits the checked inspection-result item to the server; and the server permits the opening of the gas stopcock on the basis of the transmitted inspection-result item, and transmits the result thereof to the communication terminal. |
