FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: bumper consists of resilient element interacting with base and pendulum suspension. Pendulum suspension is made in form of thread rod having spherical profile at one end and thread bushing connected with it, and having spherical profile. Spherical profiles interact with cone surface of bottom and top plates. Package of resilient elements of disc type contains connected with each other external and internal ring resilient cone discs. Discs are located between base and cover. Base in made as sleeve, one of internal discs rests against it. Cover is made in form of T-shaped disc with through hole to accommodate centering mandrel. Mandrel is fixed on base via resilient gasket by screw. External and internal discs are made as truncated cone surfaces, and contain three radial slots. Each of radial slot is ended by hole. On basis of cup bottom along perimeter and on cover under shelf T-shaped disc is arranged ring from vibration dampening material. Base and cover are made from hard damping materials, such as plastic of "Agat", "Antivibrat", "Schwim" types.EFFECT: improved efficiency in resonant mode of vibration isolation.1 cl, 3 dwg |
