FIELD: communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. Invention discloses a method of notifying a user terminal of MBMS service information of at least one neighbouring cell of a cell of a base station where user terminal camps, and a method of receiving from base station, where user terminal camps, MBMS service information of at least one neighbouring cell of cell of base station, and a corresponding user terminal and a base station. In present invention, in a system information block (SIB), multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) service information of at least one neighbouring cell is transmitted to user terminal. According to present invention, regardless of whether a current cell has MBMS service transmission or not, MBMS service information (if any) of at least one neighbouring cell of current cell is transmitted to UE camping on current cell so that UE can know in advance which neighbouring cell MBMS service of its interest is located.EFFECT: technical result is ensuring continuity of multicast broadcast services (MBMS).14 cl, 4 dwg |
