a display area comprising a gate line and a data line; a gate driver on a substrate and connected to one end of the gate line, the gate driver comprising a plurality of stages; a plurality of signal lines connected to the stages; and a blocking member defining:
a plurality of mesh portions thereof respectively overlapping the signal lines, the mesh portions defining a plurality of openings therein, anda plurality of solid planar portion thereof disposed non-overlapping the signal lines and in which the openings are not defined,wherein within the blocking member, the mesh portions and the solid planar portion alternate with each other.
