PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate local concentration of stress in a metallic gasket.SOLUTION: A metallic gasket 1 interposed between fastening surfaces 8A and 16E of a plurality of components 3 and 4, comprises: a passage hole 34 formed to correspond to passages 11 and 18 and opened on the fastening surfaces; a bead 38 formed to surround the passage hole endlessly; at least 3 bolt holes 35, which are formed on the outside the bead, through which a fastening bolt 40 for fastening the component to each other can pass; a bolt pressure receiving region 41 disposed around the bolt hole to correspond to the bow 40A of the fastening bolt; and an open hole 36 formed within a first region 42 extending so as to linearly connect adjacent bolt pressure receiving regions to each other and having a width equal to the diameter of the bolt pressure receiving region, and on the outside of the bead as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
